Dietary guidance: v
1 egg, 1 slice of bread, butter or margarine for frying
Take a slice of bread and cut a round circle out of the bread. Melt some butter or margarine in a pan on a med/high heat. Put the bread in the pan and crack the egg into the whole. Fry till one side is golden, then carefully flip it and cook till egg is cooked. Serve hot
Add a little grated cheese after flipping for a variation.
