1/2 cup walnuts
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 cup mayo
2 ribs of celery - diced
1 apple - cored & diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
salad greens


On a microwave safe plate, microwave walnuts until toasted & fragrant [about 1-2 mins]. Cool. In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken, mayo, celery, appe, rasins, toasted walnuts, salt & pepper. Serve over some mixed salad greens & enjoy!
