1/4 cup honey mustard
2 tbs pickle relish
8 waffles [4"]
4oz sliced ham [2oz per each waffle]
4 slices swiss cheese [or any cheese you like]
1/4 cup milk
3 tbs butter/margarine
Mix 1/4 cup honey mustard and 2 tbs pickle relish; brush over 4 waffles. Top each with 2oz ham and 1 slice cheese, then another waffle. Beat 2 eggs with 1/4 cup milk. Dip sandwhiches into egg mixture. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, melt 3 tbs butter/margarine. Add sandwhiches; cook, turning, until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
