Erin's Glazed Ham

I made this recipe up from scratch. The people I served it to really liked it! Enjoy!

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 1 hr

Serves: 3-4


1 small-medium boneless ham (defrosted)

Mix together:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 heaping tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. Gin
1 tbsp. apple cider juice
1/2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. apple cider vinegar


-Place ham in a glass pyrex square dish (skin side up)
-Cut a crosshatch pattern in the skin with a paring knife.
-Glaze ham with the mixture by brushing on.
-Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for about 1 hour (glaze it a couple times with the remaining mixture as it cooks).

Note: Tastes great with the following side dishes: corn and mashed potatoes.
