5 Can Soup (Tortilla Soup)

An easy, and absolutely scrumptious recipe, that can be varied for your taste.

Preparation time: 10 min.
Cooking time: 10 min.

Serves: 4


1 can chicken breast meat
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes or similar
1 can Ranch style beans with jalepenos
1-2 tsp fresh chopped garlic or garlic powder
1/2 cup rice
1-2 tsp Cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

Here are some optional ingredients below that will only make it even better:
1 can mexicorn or shoepeg corn
1-2 tsp dehydrated onion or 1 small chopped sauteed onion
1 can of cream of mush room soup
1 small can chopped green chiles
Chopped Avacafo


Simply mix all ingredients together as you are heating on low heat on the oven. Or you can microwave and stir periodically.

This is a great recipe, and is stupendous with just the first 5 cans mixed together. If you are a panty waste, you can use regular Ranch beans instead of jalepeno.

Great served on broken up chips, with cheese sprinkled on top.

I commonly double this recipe, which is very easy to do.
