Cooking time: 45 minutes
Serves: depends how much ham you use
ham, cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons dry mustard (or just use regular mustard)
1/2 cup water
1 can pineapple rings (include the juice in the can)
-Mix up everything except the ham and the pineapple rings.
-In a casserole, layer ham, then pineapple rings, mixture, ham, pineapple rings, mixture....
-Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
