Ingredients

Oaxaca Cheese (or Asadero)
Paprika
Cumin
Onions
Green and Red Bell Peppers
Half and Half Creamer
(optional flour)

Method

On medium heat, simmer the half and half creamer slowly adding the cheese, paprika and cumin to taste and desired texture. Saute the peppers and onions, adding them to the mix. For added thickness, add flour.
