Dietary guidance: v
1 cup butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp.(Bicarb) soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
9 oz. Hershey Bar or Cadbury's chocolate (grated)
2.5 cups blended oatmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1.5 cups chopped nuts ( optional )
Measure oatmeal, and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
Cream the butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla, mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and Bicarb (soda).
Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar, and nuts.
Roll into balls, and place two inches apart on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
