delicious healthy-ish brownies

this is the mesh of two recipies i found online...
lowfat, could be non-dairy brownies...

Ingredients

2 cups of german chocolate cake batter (or you can use flour, but if you do you need to ad baking powder to the recipe, more cocoa, and more sugar)
3 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of baking soda
2 cups of apple sauce or apple butter
3/4th or so cups of sugar (i used splenda, and i cant remember how much i used... i just dumped some in there and i think it was around 3/4ths of a cup)
1/4th cup skim milk (you can leave this out if you like so that it is non dairy)
1/4th cup of honey (i used lemon flavored and it was interesting)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 tablespoon of cinnamon

Method

Add dry ingredients together and mix. Heat up honey for about 10-15 seconds until runny, mix with dry ingredients. Add the rest of the liquid ingredients in with the dry... i hand mixed but i guess you can use a machine... u lazy...
Pour batter into a 9x13 inch baking pan or something you think is about the same...
You can make a sauce for the top by adding 2 parts cocoa to one part sugar in a small bowl , and then pouring boiling water on top and mixing until you get a chocolatey sauce... pour over the batter in a thin layer

pop in the oven for 20-25 minutes(do the toothpick trick) and you get deliciousness

enjoy with some fresh fruit and or frozen yogurt or ice cream
