200 g tagliatelle or farfalle
125 g smoked salmon, cut into pieces
4 spring onions, chopped
200-300 ml soured cream (or crème fraîche)
2-3 tsp Dijon mustard
Fresh chives, chopped
1. Cook and drain the pasta then return to the saucepan.
2. Add the smoked salmon and spring onions. Stir.
3. Add the soured cream (or crème fraîche) and Dijon mustard. Stir.
4. Serve and sprinkle with a few chopped chives.
