4 medium unpeeled baking potatoes
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
Cut each potatoe into 10-12 wedges. Place in large bowl. Drizzle with cooking oil. Toss until coated. Arrange on greased baking sheet.
Combine remaining 5 ingredients in small cup. Sprinkle over potatoes. Stir to coat. Bake on bottom rack in 450 degrees C oven for about 30 minutes, turning at half-time, until inside is tender and outside is crisp and lightly browned.
