Cooking time: 45 min.
2 packets of chicken wings
1 cup flour
1 cup fine cornmeal
1/2 cup zesty italian dressing
1/3 cup of parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Frank's Red Hot hot sauce
chilli/cayenne powder-if you want it even spicier
3 tbsp. bbq sauce
2 tbsp. garlic powder
few drops of red food coloring (not necessary)
Blue Cheese Dip:
ur fave blue cheese crumbles
ur fave ranch dressing
black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
preheat oven to 375 degrees
coat the wings with the garlic powder, salt,cayenne pepper, and black pepper. You want to use just enough to get a light layer on the wings. Place wings in a flat roasting pan and roast for 45 minutes till cooked through. Halfway through the cooking process, turn the wings over, so that both sides get crispy.
While wings are roasting combine the ingredients for the sauce in a big bowl. When combined, heat it through in the microwave for a 1 minute to fuse the flavors.
When the wings are done, toss in sauce and set aside.
combine the flour, corn meal, salt to taste. coat the wings in the flour mixture and deey fry until golden brown. Once you've fried the wings, prepare the sauce and coat with it. Enjoy!
