Rhubarb cake

1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups rhubarb, diced

1/2 cup white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. flour


Cream together sugarn, margarine, beat in egg. Add sour cream. Combine dry ingredients, mix in. Add vanilla then rhubarb. Mix well and put in greased 9" x 12" pan. combine white sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Sprinkle topping over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
