Kimchi Pork Fried Rice

1 package of ground pork
1 long onion
1 bunch of nira(japanese chives?)
3 cloves of garlic
1 small package of kimchi
About 4 fresh shiitake mushrooms
Leftover rice
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
All-purpose Chinese seasoning
2 eggs


Finely chop onion, nira, and garlic. Slice mushrooms.
Mix ground pork, onion, nira, garlic, and mushrooms together
Fry the mix in pan or wok.
Add day-old rice, and more soy sauce to your preference.
Sprinkle Chinese seasoning to taste (I have no clue what it's called back in the states. Here my friend just told me it was magic powder.)
After it has fried a bit, add kimchi.
Crack two eggs and scramble into the mix
Fry to your preference
