Peel and slice carrots into coins or rounds. Place into a medium sized frying pan with water. Cover and cook 6-7 min. on med high or until water has nearly evaporated and carrots are soft. Uncover and add the sugar, butter and vinegar. Turn up heat and sauté, stirring for 2-3 min. A copper colored glaze will form over the carrots.
