2 Chicken Breasts
3 Parts Brown Sugar
1 Part Nutmeg
1 Part Cinnamon
1/2 cup of Milk
1/4 cup of water.
1/2 cup of walnuts/pecans/almonds
a dash of ground cloves
Thaw chicken breasts.
Mix together the brown sugar, egg, water, milk and spices in bowl. Whip for about 1 minute and then heat in a pan or in a microwave until you have a slightly thick, but more on the liquid side sauce.
Coat chicken in sauce,(You can marinade overnight if you want in the refridegerator) cook over medium heat on a range or grill about 5 minutes per side. After 10 minutes apply sauce liberally on top of chicken as it finishes cooking. You may also add the cupt of nuts at this point and let them cook with the chicken, or you can apply as a garnish at the end.
After about 12-15 minutes cut open the chicken and check to see that the juices from the chicken are running clear. This means your chicken is done.
Goes great with Hashbrowns, bacon, or pasta.
