Serves: 2 pies
1 cup sugar
1 Tblsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
8 oz cool whip
2 graham cracker pie crust
2 cans cherry pie filling
1. Mix sugar, vanilla and cream cheese together.
2. Stir in sour cream, then mix it slowly in a blender or with a mixer.
3. Add cool whip and blend.
4. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly in graham cracker crusts.
5. Then spread pie filling on top.
6. Chill approximately 2 hours before serving.
