old fashioned oats 1 1/2 cups
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk or soy milk
Put the oats in your food processor and process them about 5 seconds, until it looks like oat flour. (This does not make a mess. I promise.)
In a big bowl, mix oats, egg, and milk, salt and cinnamon together until it looks like pancake batter. (Isn't this easy?)
Cook them up in your pan or skillet! Make them small- they are VERY filling and pretty dense.
Top them with syrup or fresh fruit or whatever you please!
Now you have delicious pancakes that will keep you going all day without having to worry about white flour sugar crash. Enjoy!
