Pesto Pasta

Ingredients

*4 cups Penne
*8 cups Water
*1 1/2 tsp Salt

Sauce:
*100ml Olive Oil
* 2-3 tsp Garlic Powder
*2 tbsp Dried Basil
*1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
*1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Salt
Pepper

Method

1. Bring water to boil. Add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente.

2. Combine dry ingredients: garlic powder, basil, parmesan and Monterey jack cheese. When pasta is cooked, drain, and drizzle with the 100 ml of olive oil. Mix dry ingredients into pasta until well-combined.

NOTES:
*Substitute Gouda or Mozzarella for Monterey Jack cheese.
