Chicken Parmigiana

A really easy and delicious Chicken Parmigiana recipe. People who try it will probably think you are a better cook than you really are.

3 boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 egg
Dried Bread crumbs
3 ounces mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese


Crack egg into a bowl and beat it.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pour some bread crumbs on a plate. You can get Italian bread crumbs at the grocery store so you don't have to worry about manufacturing your own unless you want to.

Cover each chicken breast in the egg and then roll it around in the bread crumbs until covered.

Place he chicken on an oven sheet. Place in the oven once it is preheated and cook for 40 minutes.

Once the 40 minutes has elapsed, remove the chicken breasts from the oven. Pour 3/4 of a jar of spaghetti sauce on the bottom of a 7 x 11 pyrex. Place chicken breasts on pyrex and pour remainder of sauce over chicken.

Place mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of each chicken breast.

Place Chicken back in oven for 20 minutes.

Can be served with angel hair pasta.
