1 small glass or tumbler of plain flour
1 small glass or tumbler of wholemeal flour
1 tsp salt
Mix flours and salt and combine to a dough with warm water. Knead till smooth (a minute or two).
Divide dough into 8 peices (each should be the size of a golf ball). Roll out thinly.
Now spread oil on the surface. Make a cut from the centre to the edge and roll the dough up to form a cone. Squidge into a round and roll again thinly.
Repeat for all pieces of dough.
Now heat a heavy frying pan till very hot, add a drop of oil and throw in the bread. Cook for about 30secs-1 min till it's got golden patches on it. Turn over and repeat.
Keep warm in foil or oven till all are cooked and serve.
*Can also freeze at raw stage when rolled out, and just cook from frozen on an oiled pan.
