Rosemary Meatloaf

Serves: 3-4


- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. water
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 1/2 tsps. salt
- 1/2 tsps. thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsps. rosemary leaves, crumbled
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1/2 tsps. pepper
- 1/2 c. ketchup


Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Fahrenheit. Grease a 13x9x2 in. pan.
Beat eggs in a seperate bowl; add water and oatmeal to another bowl and let stand until all the water has been absorbed. Stir in all remaining ingredients except beef.
Once well mixed, add beef and knead well with hands. Shape the mixture into the meatloaf pan.
Pour ketchup on top.

Bake 1 hour.
Remove from oven, immediately cover with foil and let stand for 10-15 min. until tender.
