Baked Banana and Coconut Porridge

A hearty porridge for breakfast or snack

Cooking time: 45 min.

Serves: 3-4

Dietary guidance: v 


- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. coconut milk
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 med. bananas, mashed


Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Fahrenheit.
Grease cake tin.
Stir all ingredients.
Bake for 45 minutes.

This recipe can be changed according to your tastes. Also, feel free to add more milk, water, or coconut milk before baking if the mixture is still too dry.
