Stuffed Pasta Shells (Jonathan)

12 jumbo pasta shells, uncooked
1 med onion
1 lb ground beef, lean
1 1/2 t chili powder
1-8oz pkg cream cheese, room tempurature
1/4 cup taco sauce
1 cup colby monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup crushed corn chips
1/2 cup taco sauce
4 med green onions
1/2 cup sour cream


1. Boil water and cook pasta until done. 11-15 min, drain
2. Peel/chop onions and cook wth ground beef
3. Stir chili powder, cream cheese & 1/4 cup taco sauce with beef in skillet.
4. Heat 2-5 minutes and remove from stove.
5. Heat oven to 350 degrees
6. Place 2 Tblsp of beef mixture inside each shell
7. Put in pan and pour 1/2 cup taco sauce over shells
8. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes
9. Sprinkle with cheese and corn chips and bake 10 more minutes
