Mediterranean Grilled Chicken

If you like rosemary and thyme seasonings, this is a great dish that is also great as a keft ocer sandwhich

2 T chopped fresh rosemary
2 T plain fat-free yogurt
1/2 t grated lemon rind
1 T lemon juice
1 t minced fresh thyme
1/4 t salt
3 garlic cloves crushed
6 (8 oz) chicken breasts
6 rosemary sprigs
6 thyme sprigs
1/2 t fresh ground pepper


1. Combine first 7 ingredients in small bowl and rub evenly over breasst meat. Cut breasts in half and place one rosemary and one thyme sprig in each. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hrs.
2. Prepare grill to low heat.
3. Sprinkle chicken with peper and grill 25 minutes turning occasionally, or until done
