easy chips that are healthy

Ingredients

potatoes (large ones as many as you want)
low fat oil (try 1 cal spray)
salt and ground pepper

Method

cut the potatoes into generous chunks (the larger the chunks the less amount of oil the potatoes absorb)

put onto a non-stick baking tray cover or spray with oil (a thin layer, doesnt need to cover all the chips)

sprinkle salt and ground pepper



put into an oven on gas mark 6-7 (300 degrees c) and cook for 30 to 40 mins.

- serve with vegan mayo and veggie burgers
