1/2 cup tomato soup
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese
1 tin of salad shrimp (mashed with fork)
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup Mirache Whip
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Knox gelatin (dissolved in 1/4 cup of water)
- heat soup ~ add cream cheese and blend well until smooth
- add dissolved gelatin and cool
- mix in remaining ingredients and pour into small prepared seafood mould.
refrigerate until set
- serve with butter crackers and paté knife.
