2 heads of roasted garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup garlic butter ~ room temperatue
1/3 cup Gorgonzola Cheese ~ crumbled
2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil or cilantro
- mix above ingredients until well combined and mixed thoroughly
- roll into log with waxed paper and refrigerate
- cut into medallions and place on top of hot, grilled meats ~ allow to melt.
