1 kg Flour
2 tsp Salt
2 cups of warm water

Filling: feta cheese/spinach or apples


Pour flour, salt and warm water together and mix with hand until dough-like. Make into 20 little balls, knead and smooth down. Cover with plastic and leave for 10-20 minutes. Roll out balls and cover in oil. Take three layers and put them together and then stretch them like a pizza dough really thin. Place 10 layers in the pan and cover each layer with oil. Then add in fill and top with the remaining 10 layers. Pinch all the layers together and cook at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
