2 c. Rice
6 cubes chicken Boullion
1/4 c. Butter
1/2 c. onion tops
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 small can pimentos
1/2 can chopped black olives
1. Disolve boullion cubes in 2 cups water in microwave for about 2 minues. Stir until COMPLETELY disloved.
2. Pour this water into rice cooker with rice and cook.
3. In skillet, saute butter onion & peppers
4. In very large bowl, combine cooked rice, sauted veggies, pimento, and olives
