Mushroon Rice -so easy, when you don’t feel like making gravy

1 c. rice
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef consumme
1 can drained mushrooms
1/2 stick butter


dump all this in a covered corningware or small dutch oven. bake at 350 for 45 minutes covered and then 15 minutes uncovered. thats it!
