1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 deep dish pie shell (or 2 regular)
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 sliced tomatoes (optional)
1 cup (about 4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain.
Stirin salt, pepper, flour and Worcestershire sauce; spoon into pie shell(s).
Mix eggs and cottage cheese; pour over beef mixture.
Arrange tomato slices in circle on top; sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Bake until pie crust is browned and filling is set, about 30 minutes.
