1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 small pkg chocolate instant pudding mix
3/4 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 t vanilla or almond extract
1. Mix cake mix, pudding, water, eggs, oil and extract until smooth using an electric mixer
2. Stir in chocolate chips and blend by hand
3. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full
4. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 minutes or until tested done. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
If you make them in jumbo muffin tins it takes about 25 minutes to bake.
These freeze well.
