Dietary guidance: v
3 tablespoons chopped basil
4 large tomatoes, skinned and chopped
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
50g/2oz butter or margarine, melted
75g/3oz soft breadcrumbs
Blend all the ingredients together and season well.
If cooking separately spoon and spread over a shallow greased oven proof dish and bake in a moderately hot oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
