â€¢ 4 x - 5 Boneless-Skinless Salmon Filets (Approximately 6 oz / 170 g Each)
â€¢ 8 x - 10 Bacon Strips
â€¢ 1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce
â€¢ 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
â€¢ 2 Tbsps Soy Sauce
â€¢ 2 Tbsps Rice Vinegar
â€¢ 2 Tbsps Ketchup
â€¢ 1 tbsp Prepared Garlic (In a jar)
â€¢ 1 tbsp Prepared Ginger (In a jar)
1.Take out equipment and ingredients.
2.Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
3.Wash salmon under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.
4.Wrap each filet with 2 strips of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
5. Combine hoisin sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, garlic, and ginger together in a small bowl.
6. Place salmon on pan and cover the prepared sauce.
8.Place in preheated oven and set timer for 15 minutes.
