4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 stick Butter
Large pinch of Nutmeg
1 cup of Cream
Salt & Pepper
Cut potatoes in half and steam for 20 min or until tender.
Melt butter in saucepan until brown. When golden, take it off the heat and add the cream.
Add brown butter, nutmeg, cream, salt & pepper (to taste) to the potatoes.
Mash the potatoes and then serve.
