water-melon and fetacheese-salad

some leaves of fresh spinage
cashewnuts (i prefere them non salted), roasted in a pan
a piece of cucumber
a piece of watermelon
1 small tomato
sunflowerseeds, roasted in a pan
balsamic vinegar

a small filet of salmon


mix all the salad ingredients
cook the salmon in the oven for 10-15 min. with some lemonpepper, salt, black pepper and cayennepepper (not too much!)

serve the salad with the salmon on top.
