Breakfast Smoothies

This is another fruit-user-upper. Freeze first, then go to it. Yum.

Dietary guidance: v 


2 bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks and frozen
2 cups frozen strawberries
2 cups plain nonfat yoghurt
1 cup orange juice
Add as desired: pineapple, blueberries (fresh or frozen), peach slices, mango, kiwi, etc.


Add banana chunks and yoghurt and blend. Add strawberries and blend again in short bursts of blending. Add other fruts and blend as necessary. Enjoy.
