My version of a recipe I tried this week.

Preparation time: 10 - 15 min
Cooking time:

Serves: 1 - 2

Dietary guidance: v v 


1 1/2 - 2 cups strawberries, stemmed and sliced
1 - 2 TB Sugar
1 Banana, broke up into pieces
1 - 8 oz container of Yogurt (I like Key Lime or French Vanilla)
1/4 C milk more or less to desired thickness


Put all in blender and blend!
Ok, chop first if you like, then blend. I've made this without the banana, just the strawberries and the Key Lime yogurt - very nice.
