Dietary guidance: v
2 cups 0 fat or low fat yougart
1/4 - 1/2 cup* of no fat cottage cheese, mushed with a fork
2 cloves* of garlic, finely chopped
1/8 - 1/4 cup* fesh dill
*You can use more or less depending on your taste.
Combine all ingredients together and let sit in the fridge over night to bring out the flavour of the garlic and dill.
Serve with mixed veggies and/or ripple potatoe chips or crackers.
