Dietary guidance: v
1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbs (or honey nut cheerio crumbs work too!)
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter or margarine, melted
4 packages of 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 and 1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Mix crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9 inch Spring Form Pan.
Bake at 325 degrees farenheit for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Pour Mixture over crust.
Bake cheesecake at 325 degrees farenheit until set (will still wiggle a little in the middle).
Let cheesecake set/cool for 15 minutes.
Cover and refridgerate at least 8 hours.
