Salmon Crepes

I made it to accompany my green asparagus ;) Needed time to make the crepes but it's all worth it because they're so lecker!

Ingredients

Smoked salmon
Lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup all-purpose-flour
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp butter -- melted, let it cold
Nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Chives -- sliced
Oil

Method

Marinate smoked salmon with lemon or lime juice

Mix well flour, salt, cold melted butter and nutmeg. Add egg, blend well again then milk. Combine well again, until you have a good crêpes batter. Add chives

Heat oil, then make crêpes. Put a slice of smoked salmon, then a crêpe, then a salmon again. Then roll it up, slice and keep rolls warm
