Tri-color whole wheat pasta,Corn,red kidney beans,string beans,chick peas,balck beans along with broccoli and cauliflower.Also a red onion.Black pepper
Boil pasta ( add salt so that the pasta doesnt stick)
Boil Cauliflower and Broccoli.
Chop red onion.
put all of the ingrdients into a large serving dish drizzle with olive oil and add a pinch of black pepper.
The mixture is then ready to serve once you have let it sit in the fridge for a bit.
