Mango Salsa

The most delicious salsa in the world! Serve this festive dish at your next fiesta for your guests with a margarita and it is sure to please!!

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced (about 1 1/2 cup)
2 red tomatos
1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
1 JalapeƱo chile, minced (include the seeds if you want it a little hotter... I always do!)
3 Tbsp fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
1 tsp minced Garlic
3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. If the salsa ends up being a little too hot, you can always adjust it by adding some diced avocado. This of course will make the mixture a creamier more guacamole kinda of dish, still delicious of course.
