Cooking time: 30
4 small salmon fillets
2 tablespoons of oil
1 clove garlic
1 pound of pasta
1 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 cups half and half
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 small bottle of capers
1 teaspoon white pepper
In a skillet, add garlic and oil. Fry salmon fillets and just before they are done break into small bits with spatula. Reduce heat to medium and add half and half, cheese, pepper, flour. Cook until thick.
While the above is cooking, cook and drain pasta (spagheitini works well).
Just prior to adding sauce to pasta, drain capers and add to sauce.
(as a substitution, pitted olives would work well.)
