2 oz plata tequila
1/4 oz Taylor's Velvet Falernum
3/4 oz agave syrup (1:1 agave nectar:water)
2 strawberries, hulled
1/2 strawberry for garnish
1/2 inch circle of fresh ginger
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Muddle the ginger into the bottom of the mixing glass with the Velvet Falernum.
Add the lichee and 2 strawberries; muddle again.
Add tequila, agave syrup, lemon juice.
Fill the mixing glass with ice and shake.
Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the 1/2 strawberry on the rim of the glass.
