1 container of blue crab meat.
1/2 Red Onion, finely diced
3 Tbsp Mayonaise
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese to top.
1. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
2. Place gill-side up on baking sheet.
3. Mix mayonaise, bread crumbs, crab meat, and red onion.
4. Lump filling on top of mushroom cap.
5. Bake at 350*F for 20 mins.
6. Top with extra cheese and melt.
