Pork Butt or Shoulder
3 Quarts Apple Juice
1 Cup Salt
1 Quart Water
1. Mix brine.
2. Place pork in brine.
3. Cover and let sit overnight.
4. Remove pork from brine and season.
5. Wrap in tin foil and place in baking dish.
6. Roast at 325*F for at least 3hrs.
Longer cook time means more tender meat. Pull pork with fork or hands to serve. Serve with BBQ sauce or gravy.
