Vietnamese Pork Chops

Pork chops... Vietnamese style.

History - Always liked this dish at Vietnamese restaurants and decided to try it one day.

Preparation time:
Cooking time:


3 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
3 cloves Garlic (chopped)
2 stalks Green Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil

4 Boneless Pork Chops (1/2 in thick and then pounded)


1. Mix marinade.
2. Pound pork chops between saran wrap.
3. Place pork chops in marinade.
4. Marinate for at least 3hrs.
5. Grill over charcoal grill or broil in oven.

Serve with rice and fried egg.
