Saturday Morning Pancakes

We make these every Saturday morning, YUM!

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes

Serves: 6

2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup flax seed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 cup fat free or reduced fat sour cream
2 cups milk
8 oz frozen or fresh berries


Sift together dry ingredients, whisk in egg, sour cream, milk, vanilla, sugar, and oil. Add berries.
Cook for 3 minutes on each side in a non-stick skillet.
